Every year, 1 in 3 Iowa State students hold part-time employment while in school. These students have the opportunity to develop career readiness skills and establish a campus-wide support network all while earning money to cover personal expenses.

To join the nearly 10,000 students employees on campus, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Both undergraduate and graduate students may hold part-time employment
  • Student employees must be registered for at least one credit hour at Iowa State in the semester of employment
