This event is designed to bring together supervisors from departments all over campus to exchange ideas, share resources and enhance leadership skills.

Workshops will include: The CyGROW program, Student Employee Wellness, Onboarding and New Student Staff Training, Career Readiness in Student Employees, Fostering Creativity and Technology Tools and Resources.

National Student Employment Week

As a supervisor of student employees, you can have a profound impact on their development and overall student employment experience. Taking the time to give them formalized feedback, the opportunity to reflect and apply their skills to their future career.

National Student Employment Week is a chance for us to show appreciation for all the hard work and dedication of our outstanding students. At Iowa State, we celebrate with campus-wide activities, prizes, giveaways, and more! We have also compiled a toolkit for supervisors to use to hold their own celebrations for their own teams.
